Weight Lost: Week 2

Food & Weight control:
Chocolate, ice-cream, doughnuts and cake will always be my comfort food. And these comfort foods is what got me to put on so much of weight.

Losing weight is hard. It takes persistence, will-power and determination to stay focused on the end goal. I was doing well, I went to the gym 3 days in a row and on the 3rd day...I pulled a muscle.. arggh!! I haven't been to the gym in 2days and I feel like it's been forever!!

It's been a week since I had chocolate and it tastes different. I can feel the million granules of sugar in each bite threatening to settle in fat prone areas. I feel the thickness of the chocolate and am constantly thinking 'oh my god, that's another 350 calories that I have to work out at the gym tonight'
Chocolate, ice-cream and doughnuts taste VERY different now.

Sleep Patterns:
I haven't slept properly in 10days. I think my insomnia's kicking in again. Or perhaps withdrawal symptoms. I swear all I think about these days are just 2 things. What college to apply to in Manitoba-Canada and fuck I need a cigarette, 2 and 1/2 hours left. I might just be stressed out.

You can do it Sarah!
after a while you will stop wanting to smoke and your hair wont smell icky and your lungs will be SO happy!

After a very VERY long time...I think I will stop the cravings.
