I'm happy to say that I've been working in the same position for almost a year now. It's good, but also crazy.

The first few months are always the happy ones. Work is so 'interesting' and 'fun'. The people are so 'friendly'.

7 months down, and you realize the loop holes and politics. You knew it was there, it just takes time to show up especially if you're categorized as one of the 'NICE' ones.

There are 4 of us in the team, and I'm the junior most one. One of the girls is on leave and I'm taking over for the next 2 weeks.

It's been 1 and a half days and I want to fucking stick a pencil in my bosses eye!
I know it can be demanding to handle 2 people's work and still manage to perform outstandingly in the department. I've been trying to get my bosses 'opinion' on things just so that I know I'm doing the right thing. I don't know why I bothered, she's a fucking Filipino retarded whore.

I have nothing against Filipinos, seriously. Everyone is unique in my books.

But honestly, why is she so stupid? Is it her or her race? I don't know. That's a totally different ball game right there!

After trying to explain things to her and then be absolutely calm when she says that I'm talking from the 'middle of the story' and then expecting her to understand.

Ok, I admit I can be quite a knuckle head with things. But this time I was paying attention to what I was saying and I know I wasn't wrong. If she had been paying attention at all, she would've understood.

She raises her voice and tells me, in such a derogatory way, to repeat myself and then repeats 'EVERYTHING' after I finish saying it again. Maybe this helps her understand better.

Whatever, the repeating is fine. what's with the tone of her voice?

I went over to the next desk to clarify an issue and when I got back to my desk she wants to talk immediately. I asked her to wait while I typed out a quick email.

5 minutes later, she has the audacity to say: Is everything ok? Cause I have noticed in the passed 2 days you've been different. I don't know if it's personal, but I don't want you to have a grudge against me. Just want to know if everything is ok.

BITCH!

She's out for lunch now, so I'll talk to her once she's back to clear the air. I'm the diplomatic type and the kind to enjoy peace and harmony. I work better that way.
