(This was written to me by a really close friend who in time of need was very supportive, and by choice choses to remain Annoymus.)

The shine around the gloss fades
The true being of the part untaints
With everything around u fading away
Is there anyone left to hold u and sway
Away to the far off place

Where u find comfort in the arms of your own life
Never wondering whether what u do to yourself is anything but right
The constant light within u is to fight
Sitting up all day with a tear in your eye
Looking up with a ray of hope deep within your own sky

It feels normal with the usual shade of blue
Setting up your own life with darkness and gloom
Suddenly out of the blue u find a long awaited white
Hope is shining through in a small single ray of light
Listen, my love, this is life
Some where someone will come along
And take u away to a land where
Things will seem better than this ugly dance and sound

Patience is a virtue haven’t we heard
But during that time things seem all blurred
Now is the time when things will be undone
Rejoice love rejoice life’s beckoning call has come
Go to your land of happiness and joy
Where the pain and struggle of a lifetime
Will just peel away

This is where home is this is where u wish u were
But life doesn’t end here darling, it’s a new beginning
A new feeling a new ground anew moment
Life doesn’t change in an instant and there are no shortcuts
Everyday a challenge, a solution to find
But life moves on and so will you
Just a matter of time till it all ends
And begins again just like how it did the previous time
With all its curves and bends.
